Services Offered

Frinton Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and carpet cleaning.

Booking and Scheduling

Clients can book our services by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. We will provide an estimated time and date for the cleaning service, subject to availability. We will make our best efforts to accommodate client scheduling requests.

Pricing and Payments

Our pricing is based on the size of the property, the scope of the cleaning, and any additional services requested. A quote will be provided to the client prior to the scheduled cleaning. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, either by cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is ready for the cleaning service. This includes, but is not limited to, removing any fragile or valuable items, securing any pets, and providing access to the property. Clients should also inform us of any special instructions or requirements prior to the scheduled cleaning.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients can cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Warranty and Liability

Frinton Cleaning Services guarantees the quality of our work. If a client is not satisfied with the cleaning, they should contact us within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any damage to the property or personal belongings that is not caused by our negligence.

Privacy and Data Protection

Frinton Cleaning Services respects the privacy of our clients. We will not share or use any personal information provided by the client for any purpose other than providing the requested cleaning services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
