Responsibilities:
Management Team:
Provide a safe working environment for all employees.
Ensure all employees receive adequate health and safety training.
Regularly review and update the health and safety policy.
Investigate any accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all equipment and cleaning products are properly maintained and stored.
Employees:
Comply with all health and safety procedures and instructions.
Report any hazards, accidents or incidents to management immediately.
Use all personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
Handle and store cleaning products safely.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in the workplace.
Clients:
Provide a safe working environment for cleaning staff.
Notify Frinton Cleaning Services of any potential hazards.
Allow access to first aid equipment and facilities if required.
Procedures:
Risk Assessments:
Comprehensive risk assessments will be conducted for all work activities.
Control measures will be implemented to minimize any identified risks.
Risk assessments will be regularly reviewed and updated.
Training:
All employees will receive thorough health and safety training upon induction.
Ongoing training will be provided to address any changes in procedures or equipment.
Accident Reporting:
All accidents, incidents and near misses must be reported to management immediately.
